Privacy Policy

Cuan Digital is an internal publishing tool. It is used only by its owner to publish short educational videos to social media accounts that the owner controls (Instagram, Facebook Page, Threads, TikTok, YouTube), and to read the performance statistics of those videos. It is not offered to the public and has no user sign-up.

Information we access

• Account connection data for the owner's own accounts, granted through each platform's official login (OAuth): access and refresh tokens, account ID, username, and display name.
• Content statistics of videos we published: views, likes, comments, shares, saves, reach, and follower count.

We do not collect, read, or store personal data about other platform users (for example viewers, commenters, or followers), and we do not access private messages.

How we use it

• To upload and publish videos that the owner has manually approved, at a scheduled time.
• To show performance reports to the owner in a private dashboard.

Storage and security

Tokens are encrypted (AES-GCM) and stored in a private Cloudflare database. The dashboard is protected by Cloudflare Access and can be opened only by the owner. Video files are stored privately; a time-limited signed link is created only when a platform needs to fetch a video for publishing.

Sharing

We do not sell or share data with third parties. Data is sent only to the platform it belongs to, through that platform's official API.

Retention and deletion

Tokens are kept until the account is disconnected in the dashboard or access is revoked in the platform's settings (for TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services). Disconnecting deletes the stored token. Statistics are kept for internal reporting and can be deleted on request.

AI-generated content

Videos are produced with the help of AI tools and are always published with the platform's AI-generated content label.
